About two acres of garden are fenced and connected to a water reserve which can contain up to 21 million litres of water that can be drawn by an electric pumping system. The reserve is always full even during periods of drought, and the water collected from the roof of the house 120 square metres, including verandah flows into it. Inside and out there are very expensive plants, but what is most fascinating is the orchard: orange, mandarin, lemon, peach, cherry, apricot, almond and olive trees. The flavours of the land are all there, at hand in this wonderful villa. Furthermore, the property comes with a vineyard which is 8-9 years old now. It is made up of about 600 netted vines. The climate and the environment are ideal for the production of good red wine made from Shiraz and Cabernet grapes, and also Malvasia, a white grape popular in Italy, and particularly, in the Mediterranean basin. Villa Falcone has everything for grape processing, from the traditional method of stomping to modern pressing, to that of bottling. The rooms used as cellars offer ideal wine-making conditions -cool and airy. So is the bottle storage which can be done in two cellars. At Villa Falcone you can make your own cured meats. That is why there is a slaughter room and another room for the drying and maturing processes.When you want to relax what you need is a hydro massage or a swim in the pool.
